Please report any concerns within 30 days of delivery.
Claims or replacement requests received after 30 days cannot be processed.
If you cancel an order, we do not issue cash refunds.
Instead, we will issue a gift card for the cancelled order amount.
Refunds are ultimately subject to the discretion of Redplum Pvt Ltd and may be adjusted in exceptional circumstances.
Requests for replacement must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, email us at contact@thebutterfly.life or thebutterfly.info2@gmail.com with:
A photograph of the delivered item(s), and
A copy of the invoice.
Our Audit team will review your submission and, if approved, send a replacement.
We will investigate and may replace items in cases of:
Damaged or incorrect product received
Item missing from the order
Expired product received — please include a photo clearly showing the expiry date along with the invoice
If a freebie that was promised with your order is missing, we will investigate.
Upon verification, we will issue a ₹75 gift card as compensation.
Because tea is a perishable product, we do not accept returns.
Where applicable (see “Replacements” above), we will offer a replacement instead.
