These Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold through our website www.thebutterfly.life. By purchasing any product from our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We are based in India and committed to delivering high-quality herbal and wellness products to our customers.
ORDERING & DISPATCH
You may place an order directly through our website or by contacting us.
Once your order is received, we will send an email confirming your order, which signifies acceptance of your purchase.
After payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirming payment and dispatch details.
For bulk or wholesale orders, dispatch may take 3–5 working days, as we often prepare fresh batches to ensure maximum quality. We request advance notice for such orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to product unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded.
PRICES
All prices listed on our website are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Prices listed exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added during checkout.
We strive to ensure accurate pricing on our website. If a product is incorrectly priced due to an error, we will notify you via email or phone before accepting the order. You may then choose to proceed by paying the price difference or cancel the order.
All payments must be completed before dispatch. We accept major debit and credit cards.
For approved wholesale orders within India, payments may be made via bank transfer or cheque within 15 days of delivery. Late payments may incur interest.
DELIVERY
We aim to ship all retail orders placed before 12 PM IST on the following working day. In some cases, order processing may take up to 3 working days.
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the shipping option selected. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.
We currently do not ship certain products internationally due to high logistics costs. For custom international shipping requests, please contact us for a quote.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
Our herbal products are packaged using high-quality materials to maintain freshness. Most products have a shelf life of 24 months.
To preserve quality, products should be stored in an airtight container away from moisture, strong odors, heat, and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
Freezing is not recommended, as it may affect the product’s quality and longevity.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time based on changes in company policy or applicable laws.
You will be bound by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of placing your order, unless changes are required by law or communicated to you before order confirmation.
