Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Blue Tea. If you have any questions or issues with your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@thebutterfly.life or thebutterfly.info2@gmail.com and we will get back to you promptly.

Report Timeline

  • Please report any concerns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Claims or replacement requests received after 30 days cannot be processed.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel an order, we do not issue cash refunds.

  • Instead, we will issue a gift card for the cancelled order amount.

  • Refunds are ultimately subject to the discretion of Redplum Pvt Ltd and may be adjusted in exceptional circumstances.

Replacements

  • Requests for replacement must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • To request a replacement, email us at contact@thebutterfly.life or thebutterfly.info2@gmail.com with:

    • A photograph of the delivered item(s), and

    • A copy of the invoice.

  • Our Audit team will review your submission and, if approved, send a replacement.

Replacement Conditions (examples)

We will investigate and may replace items in cases of:

  • Damaged or incorrect product received

  • Item missing from the order

  • Expired product received — please include a photo clearly showing the expiry date along with the invoice

Missing Freebies

  • If a freebie that was promised with your order is missing, we will investigate.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a ₹75 gift card as compensation.

Returns (perishability)

  • Because tea is a perishable product, we do not accept returns.

  • Where applicable (see “Replacements” above), we will offer a replacement instead.
